This is not ZRA, if you call them Zomi Volunteers, its acceptable to some extent. They are Kuki Village volunteers who are trained to protect the Kuki-Zo people in Manipur. Inorder to be ZRA, you need to be formally recruited in the organisation no matter which tribe/clans you belong to, and these people haven't done that.
