Questions and I need urgent answers please : Did it came without a clear packaging above the box ? Or it's open and anyone can try it or replace the controller with a fake one ? How to identify the authentic controller ?

At least in the US The boxes have a PlayStation seal in addition to the standard tape you have to remove in order to open the box

On the back is should say 30th edition and if you look closely at the grip it should have the PlayStation symbols with a 3 before the circle as shown @0:52
