You know what's funny? That they didn't recongnize the Rignmaster wearing Max's cloak, since Max is thin and the victim was a bit fat and I guess a bit shorter than Max.

The darkness and the way the lights shone on the person wearing said cloak and hat wouldn't've made that point very obvious to either of the witnesses, so it'd be easy to fool them into thinking that Max did it.

I actually liked this case a lot, It became a little too predictable during the last investigation but overall,I loved the circus atmosphere. Despite his horrible jokes, I actually kinda liked Moe.

fair, but he did also work with Max often, not to mention the fact that Max’s hat is part of Max’s signature look. it would be pretty hard to avoid seeing Max’s hat especially since his face and three symbols are plastered everywhere, especially in the circus.

I never noticed so many typos in the first of third games, so I assume this game had a different script editor. The script is still great but these constant errors are really noticeable.

Back in the early 2000s, Japanese was quite difficult to translate. A lot of the time Japanese didn’t know English & Americans didn’t really know Japanese either. It usually was down to only a couple people on each side to tell the others what the game’s script translated out to. Of course there would be a few mistakes as they were on a deadline to get the game localized for Capcom.

ZSlyzer Right ? And on top of that, it is definitely not the easiest case to crack. That "magic trick" of Max flying off the crime scene really is one of the biggest "Wow... That actually happened." moments in the entire series. To me, at least.

I will never understand the extreme hate for this case. Sure, it is not perfect, but I enjoyed it so much personally! I also find it to be one of the most emotional/heartbreaking cases in the series. It's quite memorable

All the other cases make sense. In this point however, after looking back on all of the six games that have come out so far, this is one of the most, if not THE most absurd one. The cloak clinging on the bust? Really? And an eyewitnesses caught that? How very convenient. At least all the other cases have a possibility of happening.

The only part I don't like (and this can actually be applied to the entire game actually) is the forced pressing situations like when you were pressing moe, you take a penalty if he tells a joke. Like wtf dude? You are gonna punish me for getting more info out of a witness (albiet useless information). And if you didn't know exactly what info to examine in the testimony... you're the short end of screwed my friend

i see a lot of comments talking about how they feel so bad for Acro but… i don’t see it. don’t get me wrong, his backstory is pretty sad but i’m don’t feel bad for him after what he did. he killed a man everyone loved just for some revenge. for god’s sake, that man was practically his father! what’s worse, he was actually trying to kill the victim’s innocent 16 year old daughter. they must’ve been like family. all because he blamed her for indirectly causing his brother’s (practical) death. then the fact that the game tries to make you feel bad for him makes me hate this case more. god, fuck Acro
