The problem with WT is that it lacks dynamic BR change for certain modifications, like changing BMP-1 "Malutka" to "Konkurs" missile, changing it's BR from 8.0 to 8.7, for example. Same with this Shilka. Why they couldn't make addon for normal one like "Remove radar and play on 7.7, or put radar on and get BR increased on 8.7"

Honestly we have the swedish one with no missiles at 6.7, so I think that the Malyutka would be balanced at 7.7 on that chassis, especially considering how we have SACLOS missiles at 7.7 and even 6.7. Obviously the Konkurs should be at 8.0 tho.

Because it's not Russian. The Duster doesn't even have it's alternating barrels firing so it has a slow fire rate.
