Man, this is amazing. Selfie cam doesnt really matter anyway. But look at this camera setup! It has all the useful lenses, all in 64MP. The photo's themselves are super natural looking and among the best I've seen!

For me, this is flagship to buy. Decent battery life, good cameras, under display selfie cam as a main feature, good enough amoled, decent charging...and a price tag below all of competiotion. Yeah some sort of IP rating is a must for a flagship, but for me its a gimmick (for most users certanly not) so whatever. Great and unique package overall

mechanism are perfectly fine. I've had my Zenfone 6 for nearly 3 years and the main camera module pops around to become the selfie one. It still works like new.

@@carlosfer2201 Yeah man! I was hoping to get another year out if it but alas. At least it died on me while at home and not doing something important or somewhere where it was crucial to have. Still a great phone specwise for my needs to last 2 more years if needed. Loved dual SIM and dual SD along with its ease of repair along with everything else. I recently rooted it too back in October! In terms of a new phone I was thinking ROG 6 as well but like you the price. However I just discovered the redmagic 8 pro today and that thing looks like a beast! No SD card but I'd get the 256 gig 12 gig ram model. So memory won't be an issue. Plus dual sim. Might even be esim capable as well! Base price in the low 700s with the top one around 850-950ish I think so well see.

Mechanisms are as others saying fine, I've got the one plus 7 pro, which has a pop up front camera so complete full screen, also stereo speakers, 90htz 8gb ram really really fast screen finger print, Dolby atmos, god its LOUD, think it has high res audio built into the phone, , it's a bloody brilliant phone, fluid amoled screen, the list goes on of brilliant specs, I'm not so vein to care about taking pictures of myself, I don't care, I've got better things to take pictures of than myself, hehe, and it's really not expensive, so if anyone reads this and is wants a full screen, the one plus 7 pro is SUPPERB,, its the best phone I've ever had, and I've had loads and loads of smartphones from loads of brands in my life

I really wish more phones prioritized design over front camera performance, or perhaps offered two screen options, with and without a hole punch. I think the hole punch looks awful, and I'd actually prefer a notch if I'm honest. I think I've taken maybe 5 selfies in my whole life.

For anyone wanting this phone listen up! I have the Axon 30 Ultra. BEWARE, Update support is awful on ZTE. I still have Android 11 and security patches from 2021. No Google AR Core support and a lot of third party apps for calling seem to have microphone issues.

Excellent review! However, most ZTE phones get absolutely *no* software updates of *any* kind. My ZTE Blade A7P that I purchased from Telus in Canada this January with Android 11 has yet to receive an update . . . and I try *every* day because I am a glutton for punishment. Lol no smartphones over 1000$ have a headphone jack and the majority don't have SD Card Support. The phone is 799$ in the United States it's not 1k. Wireless charging is cool but it's definitely not a must have feature, I would just use the 65W wired charging anyways

I had HUGE problems with ZTE Axon 7 and exchanged the phone 3 times under warranty. From camera shaking/defocusing to jerky panoramic photos to overheating to the charging port failure. A ZTE Blade I purchased for my relative restarts almost daily on its own. I would never buy another ZTE phone. Sorry folks.
