Mine was last updated I think around January. When I press the system update it takes a while and says"Please check your network connection". I don't know if I'm doing it wrong but I really need to update my phone. I need help. Can you tell me what's wrong?

Adrian Ramirez I think there's a lot of defective pro's out there and ppl are not liking it. I've had mine for almost a month and haven't experienced anything out of the ordinary. surprises me because I have a whole bunch of apps downloaded and what not.

Adrian Ramirez i got a defective unit and currently im replacing the touch screen due to it crapping out, it stopped working so im pretty mad and metro pcs sucks at "insurance" so i got a lemon and i have to deal with it.

Mine says that I am up to date but I haven't updated yet. I don't think it's rolled out to everyone else yet? :/

mine would not update either and I have to wonder if the reason why you got the update that has more features than we have, is because you are a developer and maybe it is giving you a higher update then it gives us none Developers?

Hey I'm having trouble saving photos. My friends and I send eachother lots of memes. I also download them online. Well whenever I save videos or photos they save in my downloads but in the actual folder not the gallery! Is there anything I need to change in the settings or...? Also how can I root it?

guys you need to unable the video chat you need to go to settings and go under call settings then turn it onvideo calling
