I got sick of spicy Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou cuisines. I searched for non-spicy cuisines n stumbled upon Quanzhou recipes. That's my paternal ancestral hometown! Piqued my interest and subscribed in no time. Didn't know that laver, a personal favourite, can be deep fried or fried. In Singapore, laver is "dropped in soups" 😄

@@RedDragonVideos Furnace in Singapore 😤😓 Rained in the wee hours between 01:30 and 0500 GMT+8 on May 16. No wonder the morning air was cool (tropical terms 😁). Walked the dogs and realised it indeed had rained. Just recovered from a throat inflammation that developed on May 11. Am going to gulp down gallons of water to keep meself fit & active 😂

@@nanyanghuayi Water is best for health. I feel better with 6 or 8 glasses. (about 64 oz) Green tea helps. Walk early before the heat of after sunset. The puppies also need more water in the heat. Stay healthy 👨⚕💞🐲
