The thing I always enjoy about these things is. In Japan it's 100% cooler than whatever the US Makes. In terms of function, and all. Just picture it, Telling strangers who are impressed by it and wonder where they can get one only to be shocked by the response that it came from Japan. That's what makes these extra special. I could just imagine it, Had I not left Japan when I was little and was still in Japan (Lived most of my life, Not Born in it but raised) years go by until today I would buy these locally with yen. But at least I can buy this one regardless of where I am. Me: 変身！

It’s very hard to tell because as far as I can tell, half of the sound actually came from the desire driver. According to Bandai’s demo video, the Dynamite Boost and Geats IX came from the desire driver itself

The Boost Mk III sounds are from the driver itself. Those have been in the driver since the beginning. The Geats IX sounds are from the other half of the buckle, similar to Command Twin.

@@DarkkrebsI’m aware of the mechanic, I just recall that a long time ago a private conference had a demo for this and everyone attended were surprised when they knew that Mark IX sound didn’t come from the buckle but rather the driver itself. Bandai’s demo didn’t make it 100% clear either, they had the sound box (like in a comic) point to the driver’s speaker then the “Ready, Fight” to the buckle’s speaker

It's just a consequence of the pin codes used for the electronic buckles so that the Driver still plays lights, but has no audio so the buckle itself can play it's sounds. You can hear the same Hyper prefix announcement when using the Fever Slot or Powered Builder buckles alongside an additional one.

This might be my absolute favorite collectible gimmick-based Final Form belt. If the Desire Driver was about rectifying the recent absurdly bulky belts, and in particular, the Ziku Driver, Geats IX is a further apology for the Grand Zi-O Ridewatch, being everything that thing was supposed to be, being a combination of Zi-O II and Trinity that that never was And this one uses the main features of the base Desire Driver in its features, namely Revolve On and Boost's handle, creating a magnificently designed kyuubi no kitsune facade that changes the look of the belt a la Xtreme Memory! Even if I wasn't extremely biased towards kitsune as my favorite youkai, this is an engineering triumph for PLEX for creating something so amazingly better than its predecessors with much more simple means.
