Dead Hard works for what it does. You can't nerf it anymore than it already has been, minus touching the cooldown time. It's just a really skill-based perk and Survivors get really lucky at predicting when hits are coming most of the time, unfortunately.

Play With Your Food stacks. Whenever you break chase with the obsession you gain 1 stack, up to 4 I think. Every stack gives the killer a speed boost.
