Recipe and ingredients:
3 zucchini, cut into strips
salt pepper
Leave on for 15 minutes
3 eggs
Salt
150 g sour cream
Mix
140g flour
10g baking powder
Mix
Chop parsley
2 cloves of garlic
Mix
Add olive oil to a frying pan
Dip zucchini in the batter
Cover and fry for 2-3 minutes
