Zucchini with oatmeal tastes beter than meat: healthy and delicious vegetarian delight
healthy meal made from the simplest of produce - zucchini and oatmeal cutlets. Although many cannot imagine cutlets without meat, cutlets made from vegetables are no less tasty.
Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams of cheese
- Parsley
- 1 potato
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
- Paprika
- 4 tablespoons oatmeal
- 2 tbsp flour
- Olive oil
- Fry on both sides for 4-5 minutes
For the sauce:
-2 table spoons tablespoons sour cream or yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
