I think people forget that Zuck was only a barely-20-year-old college kid when he started Facebook and began to get dragged into a spotlight and a political mess. He has some amends to make, for sure, but he's seemed to want to break free the last few years, and every time he takes another step away from the left he looks healthier and happier. Maybe, like Musk, he's just a big kid who wanted to play with tech for a living and got cornered by the elitists. And he might just be sick of it.
