Missed quite an important part for Jan'alai. He hatches all remaining eggs at 20%, so you want to leave a hatcher alive on one side to slowly release them, or be really good at controlling them on both sides if you don't.

If you have big PP NRG and a paladin tank you can kill all hatchers, then at 20% stack on one side on top of the paladin tank and just AOE zerg everything down. Not a good strat if you're just learning though.
