You should stand in front of it and push down! It would be much easier than standing on the side and pulling down! Just a suggestion!

Okay opening that box was NOT your first rodeo, missis! Have you seen the small Zulu handheld? Bought it this week and its friggin A Doesnt take any room either, fits in a drawer.
