Depends. If the whole enemy team is dead you should NOT take them, but rather hit their buildings. If you fight against a Chromie or Azmo, who clear the wave too fast so that you can't push in, even though you got one or two kills, it is often worth to take the camp.

Guillotine is essentially a worse Last Rights. Something should be done with this ult. Maybe make the area bigger? It's a cool, skillful ability, but oh so underwhelming.

I'm always a fan of increasing CDR when you hit skill shots. Maybe reduce the cooldown by the amount of health you're missing if you hit?

@TheHalogen131 rag's ult then with Qhira's final strike when you hit lvl 20, surely they could come up with something else, if they were doing any serious patches tho. Still can't believe they're taking auriels lvl1 talent minion dmg out... nuts
