This legal expert is lying. The sca court didn't not ask the legal council for Zuma and Fraser to proof that he has terminal illness. So how does he come to the conclusion that they did not proof Zuma is terminally ill. In fact the application by dr Mafa does say that zuma has terminal illness. Zuma consented to his medical records to be available to the parole board and the commissioner. He didn't consent for it to be available to court for reasons he raised. It was also stated unopposed in court yesterday that the respondents had the opportunity to have sight of the retracted medical report which they didn't take. The lower court also had what the sca judges called peek view or something like that, which the lower court didn't exhausted. Again, it was argued unopposed that it's for the respondents to prove that Zuma is not terminally ill and not otherwise.

If Zuma was terminal ill he would not be able to appear in court. Zuma tries every trick in the book not to go to jail. Why does the courts waste their time with Zuma's appeals .The trials must go ahead without any further interruption. Zuma is waisting the courts time and his money. If it was an ordinary citizen surely this wont be allowed. If he is innocent as he claims to be then he must prove it. He is definitely hiding something. Why is it that he appeals every time ? I think he is scarred to be found guilty and sent to jail.
