Hello Zumio, I have been playing WoW ever since my older sister and brother started playing, around 2006, and I first made a Troll hunter. I have been on and off a bit. But i keep strong feelings on the game still. Im probably going to start playing again here soon. And discovering and watching your videos Amazes me!!! In the 6 years, i've never been as good as you, but im desperate to get back in it and try, thanks to you! (:

For your pet abilities. You can keybind them. It is under keybinds pet action bar. Scroll down near the totem action bars. It will save you a macro space. Also you can bind pet attack and pet passive that way. Just pet action bar 1-9 abilities or something to that effect. Just have to make sure if you bind Pet action #9 for bullheadedness, again, make sure BH is in that spot.

An alternative to binding cancelaura Deterrence into the Deterrence macro is binding it into one of your shots such as Chimera Shot. This way you won't accidentally cancel Deterrence if you hit the button more than once.

If you are in arenas, you can set your focus by right clicking your gladius frame, or the macro to set a focus is: /focus (make sure you target the person you want to set in your focus)

hey zumio, i have been watching your guides and using them to their fullest, just finished a couple of duels against an enhancement shaman and i got my but handed to me every single time. im thinking about changing from monkey to bird for disarm but any pointers would be greatly appreciated or if you could do a guide that would be great as well!!!. It's becuase fraps works so much better with DX9 than with DX11 as it takes it input directly from DX as opposed to just recording the screen (that's why if you tab out whilst frapsing it won't record your desktop. Every time I want to record I go "Fraps mode" and enable DX9 :)

Hey mate, Just went and tested in game - you can't have a capitol letter in the "showtooltip" part. Macros are case sensitive, so having a capital letter where there shouldn't be one will make that line useless basically. Change the capital "S" to a small "s" and you are good to go :)

Mate, i've gotta ask cause i just can't seem to work it out.. just how exactly are you moving? do you use backwards? or is it just strafe and forward? ( just curious about your in game movement bindings really ) ... also curious about your targeting since your cursor never appears is hard to follow your positioning there.. just using tab? i've never used a mouse over macro so i'm just guessing.. Look on the underside of your mouse - there is a small button, make sure it is set to the "NUMPAD" position :)

i am new at this but i found something nice, maybe of use, so, you can macro feign death and switch equip in combat if macro'd, so i found swapping trinkets after using them for better ones or weapons sometimes quite handy. have to deal with the 30 sec wait, but, can be worked around. liked yr guides. good job.

God bless razor naga for hunters, Never going to play mmo again without it.. 36+ extra binds Just a tip if you have a bad habit of spamming the keys sometimes.. like the detterence macro.. you can just add: /cancelaura Deterrence /cancelaura Hand of Protection to kill shot instead, then you don´t by accidetn spam away the detterence, and if you play with a paladin, and he HoP you when you close to a kill it doesn´t block you kill shot as it cancel it..

Wrong mate, hunters get it regardless of spec, and I didn't say it was a pet ability, I said it should be (i.e. you should be able to use master's call halfway through a steady shot without cancelling the cast)

Good video. Just one question. wouldn't it be better to use the "use slot" command when using an item instead of typing the item's name. That way when you upgrade you won't have to rewrite your macros.

I think I recall one of his video's where he mentioned he moves with ESDF, a lot of people do this as it gives more keybind around your movement keys. Some people like myself though have small hands and moving with those makes it difficult to reach modifier keys. IMO ESDF is better if your hands are big enough

Hey Zumio, have you ever thought about adding /cancelaura Hand of Protection to your Deterrence macro? If you were ever to find yourself in a situation where a paladin's cast HoP on you while you're low and a mage is casting into you, this could save your life ^^

Ya, im trying to use ur all in one pet macro you have....but it seems to bug out on me, whenever i attempt to cast any of the abilities it says cannot attack that target? I have no idea what I have done wrong and have not been able to troubleshoot it by myself. If there are any hot fixes or you have had this problem and know how to fix it, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

hey, i noticed that you dont combine some of your spells eg silencing shot u hav a shift 7 or something and then regular 7 y not just combine it into one macro eg #showtooltip silencing shot /stopcasting /stopcasting /cast [nomod] silencing shot /cast [mod:shift] silencing shot also u hav seperanted your aspect of the fox and steady shot?? dont understand y you dont combine that either suggestions: disengage macro, include intervene, wing clip in it helps alot

Yeah I'm debating on dropping a profession. I'm currently a skinner/leatherworker. I want to get engineering, but I don't know which one to drop. Do you have any suggestions?

Not possible to kill a healer as a hunter (perhaps possible to kill a disc priest, had a good duel vs bumeyes when he played last season which was very close). There's really nothing to it apart from wear as much PvE gear as possible, don't get close to them, and just spam pve rotation the whole time whilst silencing casts. Pool focus and cooldowns for when you have them in an awkward position, and try to get a kill, if not wait 3 minutes and hope the stars align again.

Why macro aspect of the fox with steady shot, surely there are times when it's better to use steady shot while using aspect of the hawk?

ZumioNet I have a question. I see you owning individuals in bg's but I don't see how do you play defense and escape a crowd of them. Have you ever been in a really bad bg that the alliance is traveling in a pack (which I call a bitch ball) killing individual horde, they find out your are geared and good and they chase you throughout the bg in this dog pack just to kill you? How do you escape this pack. It's hard.

It depends, doesn't it? The 'use slot' is indeed easy like that, but when you're using the item names, you don't have to worry about, for example, switching your trinkets around ;-)

the 2 stopcastings in a macro is something weird blizz has set up. If you have 1 stopcasting in a macro u have to hit it twice to stopcasting.

Do you bind your Naga mouse wheel to abilities? I find it easier to be strafing and scrolling spammable abilities when I PvP with my Naga, couldn't find in the video if you did.

Binding aspect changing to shots is not optimal by any stretch of the imagination. I use the macro /Cast Aspect of the Hawk /Cast Aspect of the Fox. This macro will change your aspect to Fox from Hawk or Hawk from Fox. There are many times I want to Steady shot for more damage and other reasons.

Hey Zumio I play a hunter also and i have a naga, i got the divers downloaded and all that jazz and i got my shit keybinded the num pad, and sometimes i will be playing and the num lock key light goes off and i have to manually click the num lock . can you help me out on this problem

You need two stopcastings in the deterrence macro because the second one is to stop your autoattack.

you should use stopcast at most spells and about the Aspect swap you are getting aspect GC over your GC so it makes u hit kinda slower if u know what i mean :) but if its good with u im ok :) Cheers for the guide nice work :D
