Bulgarian gastronomy is full of surprises. These pancakes differ from the classic french recipe
because of the yogurt and a little baking soda. The result is tender pancakes. We usually accompany them with feta cheese, but they also go well with honey and sweet fruit.

The recipe :
3 eggs
250 gr. yoghurt
250 gr. bread flour
300 ml. Water
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tablespoon of oil
In a container put eggs. Beat lightly.
Mix the yogurt with baking soda. Wait for a minute.
Mix the beaten eggs with water, salt, sugar and flour.
Add the yogurt and oil. Mix well.
Grease a frying pan. Ladle the batter into the hot skillet and fry pancakes on both sides.
Serve with cheese or jam to taste.
