I love plating Blitzcrank. There's so many ways you can build him and make it (sometimes) work. You can go tanky, AP, and all forms of AD. I once played an All for One with a Blitzcrank team and had 3 entirely different AD builds. It's great!

Basically all CC based champ(mostly support) in One For All can build AP/AD. Oh, it was wild when Nami, LeBlanc, Sona, Blitz, Leona goes Crit AD build. (2 or 1 member only, the rest AP) Once AD reach 4th item, the opponent would start to regret not ending the game ASAP.

First time I played blitz was one for all and we had the same thing. It was a pretty easy win :D

i feel like there's a superior ad build for blitz i played a bunch of 1 for all with him cause it's fun. you want manamune when tear is stacked, for your passive and as you have aa rest as + abilities, you want triforce or sunderer only if they have a tank comp. and then you want an hydra. for the waveclear and cdr and omnivamp from both your aa and base spell dmg which are pretty high. you have q and e up so much with cdr on every items you are impossible to escape from and the dmg is huge. from there you can go deadman's for the extra movespeed and burst dmg you can engage with aa/e into q if they dash away. and last you get a bruiser item that gives resist adapted to the dmg they deal (maw before the deadman's if they are mainly magic dmg dealers and fed). it's better than crit imo cause crit deletes or get deleted and struggles vs tanks. while with this build you are very good duelist, you can survive ranged champ combos most of the time so that you can reach them instead of gambling a max range q, and you still pretty much one shot hyper carries. i also like the mana stacking build with manamune/everforst and either hydra or full ap from there. that's tons of value and some utility vs diving champs. helps kiting trynds etc.

about your comment about the "double crit damage", while you're right about that it wont do "double crit damage" its still treated as a regular auto attack. meaning that that one auto attack CAN crit. like.. the auto attack that deals double damage crits. so lets say that the total damage with your E is 400. if you were to crit it would deal 700. AD blitz was my favorite nonmeta pick when we still had the old rune/masteries system, and I sometimes had insane crits going full AD.

Hey Zwag thanks for the content as always! Day 75 of asking for Battlemage/Exhaust Sona, with guardian, shield bash, bone plating, revitalize, manaflow and gathering, items are lich bane, crown mythic, archangels/seraphine, mejai's, and deathcap (and of course bring Exhaust lol). Semi tankyish and very fast battlemage that does great dmg and utility and can win a ton of duels. Can even work against zed/yas mids.

While Zwag can make any build work, I recommend starting E on Blitz top. The cooldown is just too long to make the Q worthwhile, so having the E for knockup and last hits is better. Q max is good with an AP build, but E max is fantastic for AD or attack speed builds.

on blitz always max q even if you're not ap the e isn't that good, the w really requires you to have ad or on hit to do anything. while your q base dlmg goes up by a lot and the cd is always good as your q is the main tool not to be kited
