Remember when they changed Fizz W on live servers to basically become an AP BORK so all you had to build was BORK as your only damage item and then go full tank and be able to kill anyone and never die. Near impossible to build against since he did hybrid damage. Bruiser Fizz was a nightmare and I loved it for the two weeks it existed till they hotfixed reverted the change.

I tried it couple of times. Very nice build. I think of an modification for % damage items: Ionian Boots, Icebourn Gountlet, Liandry, Fimbulwinter, BorK, Eclipse. It does a lot of damage also very good mitigation from the shields of Eclipse and Fimbulwinter
