Core items: Archangel's, Heartsteel OR Iceborn Gauntlet, Riftmaker (for HP to AP conversion) AND/OR Liandry's Situational items (pick some): Rod of Ages, Rylai's, Cosmic Drive, Frozen Heart, Abbysal Mask, Spirit Visage, Force of Nature, Kaenic, Jak'Sho, Warmog's Primary runes: Grasp, Demolish, Conditioning, Overgrowth OR standard Conqueror. Secondary runes: Manaflow, Gathering Storm OR Presence of mind, Last stand. Extra facts: You want Archangel's first, because Cass is so mana hungry. Gauntlet might work, because with E you'll proc it often. Heartsteel will easily proc because you're ranged and fast. For the same reason Rylai's will be excellent for kiting, just like bruiser Ashe. @@nomoretwitterhandles This is exactly why I began maining Panth as support, ADC's get miffed when my Q does about 400 damage and mercs people but they soon get over it when I'm roaming all over the map preventing the enemy team doing anything. I went from M4 to M7 with Panth in the space of 3 days, he's really easy to carry with.

Sudden idea: Ornn AP, last time I checked his ult scaled 40%, I know that sounds bad, but we don't want the AP, we want the magic pen, all the magic pen you can get and item damage, a max damage R+W combo can deal around 70% max health I think, Shadow Flame would boost that when they are low, Lichbane would make autos after R and W make more damage, Landry's for health and the extra Burn, Either Cryptbloom or Void for obvious reasons. Would it be optimal, of course not, would it be funny, *Yes*.

What's the earliest you can meet the ram after summoning him? Like can you do some R E flash R2 or similar combo to get to him quick? Maybe rocketbelt too?
