Imperial Mandate sounds good on paper but you rely on putting shrooms in the middle of a fight and that is usually not the case most of the time. Deathcap and Shadowflame are much better options, Jhin and Janna would've died if you had those on ya with 1 or 2 shrooms

i've played my fair share of udyr top and oblivion orb does help a bit if you're facing him, although the power of the shields themselves shouldn't be underestimated. if you're playing teemo into him and want to fight him, take ignite, zwag could've had him at least twice in laning phase.

aery activates a lot on teemo due to his DoT, leading to a better damage output than comet would give. on top of that aery can't miss whilst comet can be dodged still.

his skills don't cost a whole lot, so doran's ring mana regen sustains him for a deceptively long time. manaflow also plays into this if he took it. as for his regen, all of it comes from awakened w, which is just a good sustain tool vs dot champs in general. if you want to beat him in lane as teemo, take ignite and all-in when his passive is down. he's a lot easier to kill that way.

Against malphite and other burst/assassin matchups and games, just got tank teemo.. if you survive their burst.. they are pretty useless (im talking heart steel and then other HP items like lyandries and maybe either a wits or hour glass, [ so resistances with AP/damage]) Tank teemo , (or hybrid tank/dmg teemo) absolutely would have "carried" this first game.. since you basically have no front line.. and with tank teemo you can do very good dmg with shrooms, and in general, and then be very hard to kill
