Upon further testing, the line that said "Cannot get staggered by damage" only work for next turn. Also someone said in the reddit, the korean version also said next turn. So this is a mistranslation,and in this video the passive work as intended.

Suggestion: Use Lantern Don for the support passive when soloing with Zwei Ish. Every single one of her skills gives aggro and so does Defense Stance, meaning you'll be healing constantly from her passive
