4:36 not really. I believe renegade platinum allowed you to have the remaining 2 just after you get the pokédex. Just head take a few steps east from Rowan and you will see the briefcase. Interacting with it gives you the starters (Fun fact: I actually got a shiny turtwig on my fifth reset. I was shiny hunting.)

It was metang, lucario, combusken, quilava, haunter and wartortle but I got destroyed by the galactic battle after gardenia. Now my team is Beldum, mudkip, eevee, bulbasaur, starly and shinx right before Roark. Chimchar caught a crit and won’t be with us anymore :(

I wanna tell you to play Pokemon inclement emerald UI 1.13 version of Pokemon inclement emerald because I have completed it two days ago and I want you to try it because in that the type of every Pokemon is changed and ability i recommend you to catch a poliwag because it's type is physic and ground with the beast boost as it's ability and it has a chance to know quiver dance that means you can setup two quiver dance and sweep with pyschic and flash canon flamethrower. I have used it and got me through early game and in the end. Pls try it
