For the first mission, the reason E. Gadd didn’t bring you back earlier before battling that big yellow ghost is because he was likely busy with something. You can’t trigger the boss fight before he calls you the first time

Haunted Towers is my favourite location! I liked every mission and exploring everywhere! I enjoyed the Possessed Stairs boss fight here and figuring out which is the correct stairs to climb up to the Treehouse more than the Gloomy Manor’s Spider Queen boss.

I think you randomly get gold bones when you search objects like barrels, and you have a higher chance of finding one if you have more money
