Zxtech Bitvision and P2P Setup

I have seen a couple of videos of this xvr 5.0 that i have too.. Interesting part is that i have "grey" options (that i cannot access, i have admin profile) and a couple of smaller details looks better than mine, like the face recognition button.. I guess there are updates we can do on these machines? Honestly a step by step tutorial would be Awesome for like Everything in THIS XVR 5.0 system, how to set up face recog, how can we manually delete videos one by one or how can we save it to pc or usb, as the HDD cant be installed in a pc again (at least my laptop cant recognise the hdd anymore, only the camera system)

i got a device verify error (2006) message and cannot access the cameras only on my local wifi, any idea how can i see it remotely?

It's a physical sticker on the NVR / Camera below the QR code there is a captcha code printed on the sticker - this wasn't clear in the video.
