I'd gave it to pigeons, but I admit I'm a bit biased since I really struggle with zyko.. he's amazing creativity wise, his evolutions are inspiring and beautiful to watch, but this is a Hip Hop final and aside of his style (tutting 90%) there's pretty much nothing left related to this dance category, reason why they let him use their routines and let dykens dance without any of 'em. I'd be glad to hear an explanation from the judges because there gotta be different criteria in their decision, anyway great battle from both and pretty close too because of zykens' routines as well.

PIgeons won this. Zyko had good routine but it wasn't Hip-Pop. It was more geared towards choreography. Great batlle still in my opinion.

I also would have given it to Zyken. Just because the crowd wasn’t hyped during their rounds doesn’t mean they were bad. This is a pure example of “energy doesnt win you battles”….. i learned this by watching a lot of battles. Pigeons were not bad though, just too much energy without any power moves to wow the judges

The judges can identify with the dance and movement aspect, but might not resonate with the social or communicative aspect because it's not their style What jimmy might see, other hip hop judges might see. Thats why i said this logic has to be taken with a grain of salt because it might not carry over in ALL hip hop battles

it was not « scripted » in dance we call that a « routine » when u freestyle you have to make some routine and to use it sometimes but Zyko use routine and add some freestyle move
