its a joke lol, he's still completely busted, the main things that made him op were his passive and his tact, yet they decided to keep the cancel and freakin 8 second scan, and his passive can be used with no limitations

@@Mally424 well they didn't actually nerf the range of the passive, thats just brad overexaggerating. the tactical nerf is almost non existent (aside from the longer explosion time but its not that hard to hit), and passive nerf was fine but u still know whenever there are enemies nearby

@@snowpools8498 no he is not busted at all. The problems were the visual clutter and damage. The interuppt is fine, there is now enough time to escape, the range is not as good as well. His passive is also fairly weak, with less range again. He is not *busted* and now bloodhound is better. Happy to clear it up :)

Well its the communities fault. They complained about all new legends being garbage at release so it probably began at horizon s7. They now want new legend to really impact the game unlike fuse, rampart, loba launch

@@otony5219 they cant balance a character thats all. The only balanced one was valk and even her passive is annoying to play against. But from.all legends she is the most balanced released at laucnh so far. Idk who creates the legends bc seer and horizon launch were just too broken.
