Everyone expresses loss and pain in different ways. Just because shes not cringing and crying doesnt mean she hasnt experienced real pain. Just listen and enjoy good music rather than forcing your opinion of how she should react to pain on everyone

I'm not forcing anything. They allow comments so I commented honestly. If you like something it doesn't make it anymore valid then if I don't like it but we can honestly give our opinions. If you really hear something special in this then why not point it out to me? At what measure do you really feel her pain? Like I said very nice tone to her voice but weak in all other regards. Relax, you can still like it!

Really good voice but to sing this kind of music you need some experience with regards to real pain. Your boyfriend leaving you is not real pain, having his baby and he leaves is. I wouldn't recommend doing drugs either. Start by listening to the established greats and try to empathize with real people. I could be missing something here but other then the great tone of her voice there is nothing exceptional about this performance.

The only bigotry and bias these days is against men. And it is having a negative effect on our culture. Sorry ladies. The talented women of yore had to exist and compete with male musicians, free from gender preference. This explains the Wilson sisters, Joni Mitchell, Carol King, etc., etc., and their excellence. When "fairness" trumps talent, it's a very sad time for our culture.
