Here I am again with another analysis!!! LET'S GO! (Prepare yourself for alot of yapping) First of all, outstanding animation once again; zzstar!!! This is by far your greatest one yet, the fact that every character got a chance to shine here it really cool, loved every second of it!! In terms of story, I was a little concerned that this would pretty much end the same way as the exe arc, everyone teaming up and beating the villain, but... I was proven wrong. Unlike the last arc, you can't just defeat Enerjak the old fashion way. Knuckles is still the vessel, meaning if you kill Enerjak, you kill knuckles aswell, which makes a really interesting, unique and dramatic storyline!!! I really love that, you can tell that too when Sonic found out that Knuckles was actually the bad guy, after realizing that, he couldn't dare to hurt Enerjak after that. Before he was determined to defeat him, but after Scourge told him who he really is, he stopped fighting him, he can't fight his own friend. It's a tough situation for Sonic, and even Shadow. That's why the saiyans were the ones handling him instead in the 2nd half. This makes the story stand out in terms of the other arc. The characters. You got their personality spot on!! They all have their own motives, Sonics trying to save knuckles, Shadow is trying to find a way to stop him and save knuckles at the same time, Scourge is basically trying to kill him, The saiyans try to defeat him the old fashion way (which doesn't work in their favour) and Zamasu is just trying to be the only god LOL What I also really like is the usage of the enviroment, the characters aren't just fighting, they're using the landscape around them to fight, which doesn't happen often in sprite anims. The Sonic VS Goku fight was what interested me the most, not because its Sonic and Goku, but how they both see the situation. Sonic can't let anyone hurt his friend, while Goku is trying his best to save the universe. They come to this point where neither can win this. Now here are my predictions!! Zamasu, Black and Vegeta are down for the count. Which leaves: Sonic, Goku, Scourge, Shadow and of course Enerjak. In the next part, I assume half of these guys will get their soul captured aswell by Enerjak. I like the idea of Sonic being arrogant and keep trying to stop Goku, leaving him get his soul taken by Enerjak (Goku), Sonic will feel regret and stop fighting, thinking about his actions. In terms of Shadow and Scourge, they'll probably come to an argument on how to properly beat him, Scourge being the jerk that he is, will just follow his own rules. I do believe the Mario bros are coming in for the next part, they are still around, and not yet taken over by Enerjak, I think they would appear last second to save the Heroes. In summary, I loved this epic animation, once again awesome job!! This was worth the wait, can't wait to see how they conclude this battle, since it's either sacrifice or failure for the Heroes. Guess we'll have to wait and see what you got in store!! Until then!
