I'm gonna sound like a goof but damn how do you apply so much power to the characters even though they're way more under levelled than the enemies

Some key factors like: 1. Positioning and enemy grouping. 2. Being aware of enemy stun meter to proc chain attacks. 3. Keeping support buffs/debuffs up as often as possible. I might make a video on skill and knowledge beating stats
