ctrl+shift+mouse wheel is the worst combination for panning and zooming! why can't I change this in the settings? for example to a normal scroll and holding the wheel without these ridiculous two extra buttons?

Same question here. It seems to produce loops that I can then record into my DAW, but most users just want the flexibility to drag and drop presets into their DAW for easier editing, right?

Stop BS`ing clueless kids into believing that they can become "composers/song writers" just by connecting some patterns produced by somebody else ... the pros who produced those bits are the writers ... besides all those sounds sound so thin, gutless and cheap ... find some better use for your free time

Brother… as a recording and mix engineer for over 17 years over recorded hundreds of different peoples vocals, and all those vocals I’ve recorded in million dollar studios still needed eq, compression, fx and all that post-processing you’re trying to avoid, to sound great in the mix. 95% of all vocals I’ve ever recorded in a perfect environment still needed lows cut, and the low-mids dipped.

Yes, I understand that. But this thing is t worth $1K is my point 👍🏽

Hi if I bought the mk3 series in 61 key will I be missing key swtches than if I obviously bought the s88 version as this will show all the lights. I know a bit confusing in how explaining it but want to make the right choice as in price wise. Would love the full 88 but only got small music room but considering it as learning piano. I have the mk2 version in 61 key.

Nice but the edit part of the looper is not coverered (Hold vs Latch, Volume of each track, Perform reverb and delay). It seems that you can't play an instrument (eg. Sessions Horn Pro) while looping. You must start another K8 (or K7) instance. kzbin.info/www/bejne/sHaanWRnhNZ4jtk

"Bb minor is pretty much the same as Db major, with the exception of one or two notes". I just love how people not really knowing about basic music theory sounds like they know what they are talking about. TL;DR: Bb minor is the parallell minor key of Db major, and they contain EXACTLY the same notes. Also, investing the time in learning this will get you on good way to actually figuring out the harmony parts without using two plugins.
@producerhatАй бұрын
Ah, gotta love when someone swoops in to school others with a half understanding of theory! Let’s clear this up-what you’re describing is actually an enharmonic relationship between Bb minor and Db major, not a parallel key. And nope, you can’t have both sharps and flats in the same scale. Different notes, same physical space-it’s theory 101. But hey, while you nitpick, I’ll keep helping people actually make music. After 30+ years of music theory, I think I’ve got it covered.
@johanandre5338Ай бұрын
@@producerhatreally? I dunno where you got your theory from. Db major and C# major are enharmonic, but Bb minor is the relative minor of Db. It has the exact same notes, the only difference is that if you play a Db major scale from the sixth degree you will get a Bb natural minor scale. Try to play all the white keys on your keyboard, starting from C, you will play a C major scale. Play all the white keys, starting from A, you will get a A natural minor scale. Honestly, I cannot read if you are just trolling, which would be kind of funny…
@johanandre5338Ай бұрын
@@producerhatread up on it, or install a plugin that does the not so very hard work for you. 😂
@producerhatАй бұрын
@johanandre5338 You’re right that Bb minor is the relative minor of Db major, and they share the same key signature. But you decided to get a little petty and attempted to imply a lack of music theory on my part. So my rebuttal is that it appears you don’t quite have your theory as deep as you may think as enharmonic refers to different notes that sound the same but are written differently, like Db and C#. So while they do occupy the same physical space, they’re not exactly the same thing when it comes to notation and function. It’s a subtle difference, but an important one. Theory’s all about the details, right?

Why is the before and after from 3:32 to 3:37? wouldn't it be 3:08 to 3:37? It seems like the mic recording at 3:32 is just a mic elsewhere in the room that you aren't even speaking into. Plus during the video in 3:32, you are singing into the mic with the kaotica eyeball on it lol. doesn't make any sense
