It's weird how 99% of the Google Images for "Papua people" or "New Guinea people" don't look anything like 99% of the people in this video of Papua New Guinea. It's almost as if massive corporations like Google have false narratives to push. THIS is what I'd expect most people on the island of New Guinea to look like, but apparently Google thinks they all look like West Africans. Which by the way is literally on the opposite side of the Earth from New Guinea.

Hi Tyler i just see this video and appreciate you visitted our place in the highland of Papua. It's amazing!!Just a quick notes from minutes 8-11, Local people cried not only for grieving but also for welcoming new people or beloved ones who left the hometown from a long time ago. So, while they're crying do not talk, recording, or move a lot, just stay there standing until the cry is finished.interuppting in the middle of crying considers as impolite and I do understand that you do not have initial understanding of this before went there and did not expect this would happened. It seems like your your frieds couldnot translate language very well and it create another issue to discover what was going on at the moment. Overall, it is awesome to see your bravery to visit our rural area with only few friends and show the world what it looks like living in the highland of Papua. Keep up good works

Wow!! I took 2 months of class, but I left Indonesia disappointed because everyone speaks English. Is it better if I go to Jayapura and not Jakarta/Jogja? Or does anyone know the top 5 best cities to spend time if I only want to improve Indonesian (less English is better!) I appreciate it! I still study a little bit everyday, but I'm in Peru.

Wow, even in the jungles of rural Sumatra, middle-aged women are disloyal. She was hitting on you in front of her husband, stroking your arm-and-kissing-it, and taking her short off at the beginning. She wanted you lol. Andrew Tate is right that women around the world are in the same, you'd expect this from a Bama mom, not from a tribal woman in Sumatra

Don’t be so judgmental brother. That wasn’t her husband and she don’t have a husband.
