This how it is in the PH. The area you are in is not really a tourist spot, more locals go in and out of Quiapo for cheap shopping, cheap food and ofc the church. I’ve seen a few of your vids looking for items with “Philippines” or PH🇵🇭. Since the area doesn’t really cater to tourists, locals will not look for anything “Philippines” to shop for. They would rather get something “stateside”. It’s the culture. Here in the US we have patriotic areas and flags, etc. Not so much there. Not that the people are not proud of their country, because you will find out that they are. They just show it in different ways. Btw, you may have seen a few vloggers and expats come through Quiapo but it is not the most popular for tourists. Enjoy your adventure and stay safe.
