Because he didn't lose it quickly, like most of the fat losing journeys are, fat just slowly burnt down and skin contrasts back to its basis., when skin is overly damaged, it mostly remains the same and in result you see that excess skin on belly.

I mean how do you know if you will damage your skin by doing a little too much. Not trying to take too much of your time but please could you tell me where I could learn more and perhaps get some more advice. I’m 130kg with a lot of belly fat and all around the body and I’d love to know how I could lose weight without having loose skin.

@@anilak1261as he said, lose it slowly, something like 1-2 kilograms a month, the skin will be able to adapt thanks to the slow change and you will have no or atleast way less loose skin

I am 21 . I started when I was 17-18 how ever 19 20 I was blast cruising test tren a and dbol life was good normal side effects but I slacked off my diet got bad my friend hung himself in bed now I’ve fallen off completely for about a year . I want to go back but I don’t want to go back to that dark place and open that door again im bloody scared of it now . From maxing machines with one arm to falling off and loosing everything and getting hooked on drugs life’s full of lessons and I’m at a cross road I don’t know what I wanna do
