You're completely wrong about pleetsky's inferno being bad, I'd argue it's one of the most broken weapons out currently, I've fought a guy who's top 50 but can't even parry. He's just THAT carried by the crit that doesn't cancel on parry.

I don’t necessarily disagree with the idea of adding damage caps to mantras with high amounts of modifiers, because there should be a downside, I do not like the idea that one person can single handedly get a whole archetype of builds gutted, that’s just really dumb imo
