I mean it said "slightly" so it wasnt that big of a nerf, its more of the fact that its a lot of nerfs all at once that kinda hurts. And the fact that you're able to vent out of rising wind now.. Still don't get why gale got nerfed but not surge or flame

Gale specter was too strong but I am sure they are nerfing those mantra and buffing other mantras to create more variety and flame already got nerfed last patch it will probably get another nerf next patch and dawnwalker buff is a W

You can press f or vent against surge and flamecharm, before this nerf, you couldnt vs galebreath
