Good morning, I bought an intelliconnect box and I am not able to connect to intellicoinnect via the access point to connect it to my Wi-Fi network. I followed the steps in your guide, I placed the intelliconnect next to the router to ensure I have a good Wi-Fi signal. When I try to find the intelliconnect link via my iPhone it does not appear. I closed the IntelliConnect brake, restarted my router, restarted my iPhone, nothing worked. However, the green light on the intelliconnect flashes. The interliconnect antenna is well connected to the side. I have tried several times to close the breaker and reopen it and I am still not able to connect the intelliconnect to my Wi-Fi network. My Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz. I would like your help to resolve the problem. Is it possible that the intelliconnect I purchased is defective? Thanking you in advance. PS, if you have a technical service that can correspond in French, that would be appreciated.

I can change the light colors and different intellibrite light shows on the app but not able to get the flickering red light back on the Magic Bowl that looks like a fire. It was working before I started changing colors in the app.

What issues can not having the air bleed screen create?

Totally done wrong ,the seals are being installed wrong and the pump will leak.

Zack! Pentair really needs to step its game up and partner with Philips Hue for your pool lights. When I as a pool owner spend thousands of dollars for a backyard getaway I want options and 6 colors out of your microbrite pool light isn’t cutting it with no options of custom colors or the ability to individually change each light which probably could be fixed with a simple update within the app with labeling each light with a name. When purchasing a Philips hue color light bulb I get the choice of 16million colors this should be a top priority in 2024 for Pentair. People want options not a set preset colors or modes by Pentair you should leave the creativity to the consumer. I really hope you read this and consider what I am saying. I am not the only one who feels this way and should be addressed.

Your chemical reaction is wrong. H20 is not produced in this. It only comes into play as a solution, when the Hydrogen and Chlorine dissolve in the water, and at the cathode when the 2 negative elections get converted. Below is the correct reactions. * Salt (sodium chloride, NaCl) dissolves in the pool water, forming sodium ions (Na+) and chloride ions (Cl-): NaCl → Na+ + Cl- * At the anode (positive electrode), chloride ions lose electrons (undergo oxidation) and form chlorine gas (Cl2): 2Cl- → Cl2 + 2e- * At the cathode (negative electrode), water is reduced to form hydrogen gas (H2) and hydroxide ions (OH-): 2H2O + 2e- → H2 + 2OH- * The chlorine gas either dissolves in the water or reacts with water to form hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and hydrochloric acid (HCl): Cl2 + H2O → HOCl + HCl In the end you are left with hypochlorous acid (HOCl), a very powerful disinfectant, some Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic for those who must use that silly name), Hydrogen that will off gas, and the 2 Hydroxide ions. Might want to let people know the Hydroxide ions will raise the Ph, and also buffer it. I always found this a great side effect.

Would be great if you could redo this and add what everything means. Like what's the difference between a Flow or Speed and what you recommend for the different settings based upon size of pool, type, etc.

In the wiring it say L1 an L2 L2 has a post fir a wire but L1 doesn't , but it has a screw. On the old one both had a post to hook up Will this work if I put the wire on the screw

My pentair box says revealing white or warm white- we cannot get it to change to warm white as the box says. Our pool builder states others have said the same thing. What’s the trick?

The shaft seal needs silicone? If so which silicone can we use? I did everything as shown but still have a leak around the shaft seal.

You made it look to easy- everything seemed good except your shortcut on the drain valve. The drain valve on bottom has 2" x 3" rounded nut with a 5/8 nut in middle.Which one do you actually turn, and is it counter clockwise? Both are more than hand tight, so I am not sure. My guess is the bigger one, but I'll need a strap wrench.

Last time when I attempted to clean the filters, the cartridges came out with the bottom manifold. After I washed the cartridges, I wasn't able to push back the bottom manifold where it was. The O ring prevented that. I tried to push harder, still no chance. What shod I do?

Probably a stupid question, but I am new at this salt cell stuff, and I've just inherited the job of maintaining our two pools at the place I live. When everything is working correctly, should I be able to check the chlorine level with a standard test kit? I tested the water today and saw no color for the test. Is that normal, or do I have a problem with the salt cells? thank you

I have been extremely disappointed in the dorado. The plastic is cheaply made compared to the great white vacuum. For how much it cost it should of held up much better. Put a new skirt on too, Not working great at all, 2 years old. Pentair products seem to be going downhill. Just replaced whole system with same Pentair producs about 2 years ago after the initial install in 2007, not 1 problem. Already had to replace the filter cartridge container top due to small crack and difficulty to get the lid on and off. It is still difficult. Pentair what is going on with the company. Your older products were made so much better. Very sad.

pentair is the WORST USER UNFRIENDLY POOL SYSTEM THERE IS. THE MANUALS TELL YOU NOTHING ON HOW TO UPDATE FIRMWARE OR DO THE WIFI OR WHAT ANTENNA NEEDS TO BE USED . IN FACT THERE IS NO HOW TO ON ANYTHING IN THE "USER" MANUAL AND THE WEBSITE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A SEARCH ENGINE, ONLY AN INDEX THAT WILL NOT GET TO ANY "HOW TO" AT ALL. IF YOU CALL PENTAIR YOU WANT AUTOMATION AND THEN IF YOU ARE LUCKY , AFTER AN HR YOU MITE BE ABLE TO SPEAK WITH SOME ONE . DONT TRY AND USE THE CALLYOU BACK THEY WILL HOLD YOUR PLACE IN LINE,,,, THEY DON'T CALL BACK
