What has not riding uphill got to do with low gear oil ????

I was hoping you were going to show the real easy secret for how to change the oil filter. JCB told be to remove the fuel tank, which gives really good access to the filter. It does but, putting the bolts back in is a struggle. Poor design from JCB.

The conical rubber faced washer should be on rubber towards inner filter. You added the extra rubber washer so it should be fine but to be as intended it needs to be swapped. Also you can run a die along that rusted stud to clean it up. Not sure of the thread size but most likely a common American threaded rod size.

Better of just getting a good powerful jet washer n high powered normal jet washer nozzle it’ll take the mud near enough straight of, as long as you’ve got a powerful jet washer with a normal powerful nozzle it will take it straight of much faster, with a nozzle like that takes to long to get mud of in my opinion, wash mud of tracks, wash whole machine of with jet washer, get a good chemical on it rub it in the whole of the machine let it sit for a min. Then wash it of, then wash engine of, then cab then windows, then get it gone piece of piss. But I understand every1 has there own way of doing things👌🏻
