I think I've listened to renditions of this song hundreds of times, and sung along (albeit badly, RIP neighbours, lol) moreso. Chancing upon this animatic, I don't pretend to understand everything the song still has to say, but sitting down and watching this has, I think, made things a little sadder, a little kinder, and a little more bittersweet.
