My first full animatic AND its about SanderSides of course.
Story:
similar to "Accepting Anxiety" by Thomas Sanders, only that Virgil ran away and gave everyone a Letter.
He is not dead, like Connor in DEH, but came to the conglusion, that Thomas and the other Sides would be better off without him and vanished (willingly...?). Roman sees how everyone misses Virgil and can't accept it. To deal with his emotions he did what he could do best: sing.

I love this! This really captures how each of the sides see Virgil. Roman: Sees Virgil as the Villian Logan: Sees him as an equal/i dunno- I'mdumb Patton: Sees him as someone in need of fixing and love

Roman doesn't necessarily see Virgil as the villain. Not anymore anyway. He used to think of him that way. And I think the video is showing how Roman is trying really hard to reassure himself that he was right about Virgil in the first place. But he's finally realising that he loved Virgil just as much as the others do and you can see he at the end he's beginning to feel uncertain of what he's been telling himself ever since he met Virgil. As the saying goes: You only know you love them when you let them go 😂 sorry for the essay just felt like typing things today 😂

This was so gorgeous- words can barely describe how much I loved it. It finally described how Roman actually felt about Anxiety- which was a mixture of disliking and platonic love for him. It just- it described how everyone would feel if Anxiety just.. disappeared into thin air, with only a single tracing of him saying he didn't want to be looked for. It's so wonderful to watch and I just- I applaud you. Wonderful, wonderful job.

This is one of the best animatics I've ever seen?? The way you draw them, the way they all have such distinct (and accurate) personalities and reactions, and I can always clearly see what they're feeling- the emotion on their faces, specifically Roman's. The different scenes, the way it switched between them, how we get a clear feel of Virgil's character even though he doesn't actually have lines, like-?? Masterfully done, I love.

Every time I watch a sander sides video, I wanna tell Virgil that he is loved. He honestly gets so happy when a side agrees with him or complements him. It’s seems like every time he shows up someone has to make him the villain, but he just try’s to make things better. And he’ll only be more depressed since he confirmed he was a dark side. The animic really does show that. Patton sees him as someone trying to fix their life. Logan sees him as.. I don’t know! And Roman always try’s to see him as the bad guy, but sometimes knows that he’s trying his best: such as in this video. Incredible job!

Ok, prepare for a long statement. I see quite a few videos going around about Virgil becoming a dark side again. And here is my five cents, I wanna see how many of you agree. In my opinion, Virgil isnt the most likely to become a dark side again, but roman. My reason is, virgil always hints to his time being a dark side as unpleasant. However I would love to see virgil have a split personality with paranoia. But Roman has never been a dark side (duh) and he has sone qualities that oish me towards that direction. One, he is very goal oriented. He constantly admits to wanting to fulfill his dreams, and unlike logan, who even though he has said he doesn't understand, knows Thomas's friends mean a lot to him, Roman doesn't seem as concerned. Two, he puts people in boxes. Roman doesn't like it when things dont go exactly as he wants. He hated it when people went off script for the Christmas episode song. He likes for virgil, logan, patton, and himself to be in separate houses, and those are just two small ones. Finally, #3 he has been the only one to work With decit both in the is lying good and selfishness vs selflessness. He is constantly doing odd things that are very in the middle. All these things being said. Roman is amazing. I love him. I hope that doesn't happen. But seriously, bow that you have read this comment go rewatch Sanders sides and see if you see it too. Byeeeeee. I loved the videooo!!!!! I am honestly addicted to these types of videos.
