The 2 years I was at Humphrey Center/ Madison Park. One kid in my class was stabbed to death, the next year one was arrested for a murder ( not related as far as I know) great kids, normal teenagers trying to get through HighSchool at a wild time ( seemed normal then 🤷♂️)

The kids in this video would be 40-45 by now in 2024 i wonder what their lives are like do they have kids? Did they have decent Childhoods? Are they in prison? Are they on drugs? Its so sad how much these girls put Harold on this Pedestal and he didn't give a single frock about them to the point he flat out said he didn't want her son while the baby sat right there.

19:14 The slacks and shirt on the left is about the unsexiest “working” outfit I’ve ever seen. Though I did read one book by a sex worker who said men really weren’t that invested in what she wore - they cared more about seeing her naked.

Well, back in the 80s shown this this was disgusting. Avenhide park, I didn't even live in Roxbury, but still go in the square at your makeup plane. High hanging out with certain friends, I guess you're guilty by association, or you're guilty because you're a black young man. That's what it was like. You couldn't turn any corner. He had a sneak to a store. Are you afraid you were gonna get jumped by a bunch of white kids or worse? The police were gonna chase you. This wasn't just back in the 80s. This happened all the way in the 70s, all the way up 60s, as well. Now I'm 60 years old, and it's 2024. About to be in 2025, and this stuff still is being shown. Boston is very diverse now and a very upscale city, but still we have our problems. No different than any elevator city. But the one thing that doesn't happen here. You don't hear a lot of racing against cops. Yeah, I grew up to be one. He was that football player, gangster. You didn't have many choices back then. But thank god my kids do, and it's still dangerous for them.

Ptojects supposed to be a bottom wrung.. you work your way out.. mad people come through the projects and leave. Save money and leave.. nothing but low vibrational people STAY in the projects... no education there. No hustle there, no accountability there. No masculinity there. No self reliance there. No drive there. No black pride there. Nothing empowering STAYS in the hood.. as someone who grew up in the projects.. the goal is to get out the projexts.
