I messed up only one of them haha, I said "chihuahua" when she said "ankle biter".

My family are Aussies, I lived in the Netherlands for a while. When I talked to Dutch people in English they had no problem, but when I talked to other Australians, Dutch people around me would ask what language I was speaking! I didn't even notice I was talking differently, but apparently we adjust automatically when we talk to foreigners.
