The writer is a scam artist. Considering the twists in the end, the entire premise in the beginning makes no sense. In the endeavour of presenting twists, the writer misled readers for 200 pages, as in the facts mentioned in the beginning of the book make no sense at all. Twists in the end should compliment the premise of the book and not make readers feel stupid. Like what Keigo Higashino does. Apart from this, the witing was awful and in my opinion, the writer needs to be trained.

@@M3RRYDELUXE My apologies. What I wanted to write was 'the writer needs to train' not 'be trained'. I own this. However, I stand by my criticism. Her writing involves way too many trite remarks, her characters say or think one thing and end up doing the opposite. Frankly, some of the characters may purposely have that flaw but surely not all the characters. Then again, I must repeat, in her endeavour of delivering twists in the end she deceives her readers until the end and I despise such writers.

I just have only one issue .. just read the book .. it was amazing ,loved the plotline But tricia literally killed 7 people and was involved in one's death and she get to have a happy ending???!!!! Like what!???? Both are living in their fairytale happily ever after They should have a terrible end and should have paid for their actions.

Agree - the worst and BH management is terrible. This is the most unsafe, disgusting, and terrible situation that I've ever seen. BH Management is negligent.

@@M3RRYDELUXE They fight back on every single thing - even leasing (they let two residents live there for MONTHS without payment before initiating eviction) while those that want to get out - they won't let go. I cannot believe how horrible this is (drug use in the hallways again / sexual activity during early mornings while moms are walking by with strollers). Bugs in hallways again. I do not believe the rental situation has changed - there are definitely non residents in droves again. So much more to say but you already know - thank you for posting this...

Just finished Never Lie. I like what you said about reading it quickly, had the same experience. The short chapters really worked well telling the story and moving everything forward. Enjoyed the messy characters, and the twists. At the end there were some dark humor lines that were 😂😂

What made you leave Houston? and do you like Vegas better? Moved from Charlotte to Houston 6 years ago. I love Houston but I'm sick of the flooding and being on a grid separate from the country. The heat is a dry heat is definitely different in Vegas from Houston.

I grew up there and always knew I was going to move as an adult. The city just never fit my lifestyle and didn't cater to the things I prioritize. When I moved in 2014, there were 16,000 people relocating there weekly, that didn't help either. The flooding, the lights going out, I honestly don't know why people are still moving there like it's the last city on earth.

I was there last year for a week came to vist a friend it was cool i had no problems i did smell that smell she was talking about but i only smelled it in the stairs had to take the stairs cause they was working on the elevator to the rooftop and they do have security there at night i saw like 4 guys

I’m moving to Vegas in July and want to see this one in person myself. Looks incredible. I for one like the matte look over the gloss and agree with electric stove. I’m between this complex, Vestra at Uncommon, Elysian at Post and Juhls. Thanks for this video!

Yea I have matte cabinets at my place now and I love it for the apartment style. For this property, the gloss would have taken it up a notch. Elysian at post looks like 3 stories only so no elevators most likely which is a no for me. Vestra is nice too. Juhl is older and located downtown but other than that the units are nice.

@@M3RRYDELUXE omg if Post doesn’t have elevated, that’s likely going to be a hard no. FK! Fair to say Elysian at Palms may be the only one with? I don’t want to live on the lower level and elevators is a must. Thought elevators was standard… 😵💫

@@ItsJustMeSteviehahaha yea so industry standard is that anything less than 4 stories is not required to have an elevator so most builders use that workaround to cut costs. All the Elysians have elevators but if you’re trying to be close to the strip then yes palms is it.

I just toured there 2 weeks ago. The 2 girls working there were extremely rude to me. I HATED my tour there. I toured a total of 10 apartments they were all wonderful. I will NEVER move there due to the attitude of the girls working there.

I get deducted $600-$800 monthly for state taxes. I’ll definitely be saving lots more in Vegas. I’m born and raised in Cali and am so ready for a change. I like drastic weather so im excited about that. Working from home, I’m fortunate to be able to live anywhere and want to try Vegas and see how that goes. I don’t care much for the beach tbh.
