Another great video! I actually have a question. I want to move to Vegas next year, but most of the apartments require 3x the rental rate for the monthly income. Is there a way to get around this? Like higher deposit or something? lol It’s such a blower because I don’t make that much a month!

Yea the 3X the rent is pretty standard. Is it different where you live? The only thing I can think of is working directly with a landlord who can make exceptions but property management companies will usually want the 3X and depending on credit you might still need additional deposit. Thank you so much! I didn’t think about possibly working with a landlord directly. And I’m in NC and the 3x rent is very common here now too unfortunately lol but they will let you have a guarantor on some leases if you don’t make 3x the rent. It used to be ok until rent got so high, so for a $2000 1 bedroom, I have to make $6000/month which is sad lol I know God will bless me with something though and thank you! 🙏🏽🤍🤍

yep! some property management companies here allow guarantors as well so if you have someone who could do that for you then you'll be fine! Good luck with your move!
