I have Chelsea from this brand and find them good. The President's might've been better in the QC area. I'm more into Goodyear Welted boots now. I'd like to be able to resole them.of need be

And the fit is totally different, looks boxier and longer. Mine is made in Bangladesh (you've got the Bulgaria one right ? The buttons are looking cheaper), and it says "Regular" on the leather. I've seen "Loose" on a XL. So maybe your size S is a "Slim". I just ordered the S, will see. I'm 5,10 / ~175-180 with a similar body shape as you. The M gonna be too big for you imho.🤨
