JBL Live 460 NC headphones have Adaptive noise cancelling feature which means, that when you wear them and you listen to tunes, you don't hear any sounds from outside. JBL Tune 710 BT don't have this feature, but they are still amazing headphones. However the sound on 460 NC is absolutely phenomenal, and I would choose them any day of the week.
