Vampire crabs like to hide in the soil or behind obstacles, especially when they're new to the tank and still adjusting to the environment!

I assumed you had ferrets because of your account name😊 I have a white one and hes 27 inches long. I got him during the pandemic. My 18 month old daughter at the time named him Meow Meow 😅 i ended up getting 2 more since they're very social. I let them run around as a cat or dog would.

My ferrets are the stars of my videos-I always include clips of them! Meow Meow sounds adorable, and it’s so sweet your daughter named him. Ferrets really do bring so much joy!

Why boiled the almond leaves you will loose the nutrient benefit for the tank 😢

Boiling helps release the tannins faster, but I get what you mean! Sometimes I skip boiling and just let the leaves steep naturally in the tank to keep all the nutrients intact.

That’s a really nice one.. btw why can’t you use black foam instead of foam spray.. as you have anyway covered it with cement.. ? It will save time !… with this same technique you can create floating mountains like avatar movie.. with multiple waterfalls

as i am studying and researching to create my firs paludarium, i have watched most, if not all of your paludarium set up. I see all your set up has no filter, naturally i thought you are using the plants as the filtration. Just like my heavily planted tank does not need filter as the dense plants absorbing the nutrients in the water provided from the fish waste, resulting in crystal clear water even without water change. just like an ecosystem in the nature providing for each other. But as i watch more of your videos, and watch closer, i noticed the waterfalls in your set ups do not go through the plants root system. Would you mind to explain this a little more? Apologies for all these questions but i am eager to learn.

I use absorbent cloth and water channels to provide moisture to different plants, making sure the amount is just right-not too much, not too little. So, the layout has to be planned very carefully.

words cannot express how much i admire your work. i have been keeping fish for a few years with planted tank. learned a lot about aquatic plants and aqua scape. done river bank theme scape, forest theme scape, mountain scape and iwagumi scape. recently discovered Channa and would love to get into keeping them. while researching about channa, stumbled upon your channel... fell deeply in love with your work... im inspired to create a terrarium + aquarium tank for my very first channa... a 90 X 40 X 40 tank is ordered!

@@ferretwonderland i have some questions hoping you could answer. i see you use pots for the planting and i wonder if the roots of those plants would rot as they are constantly soaked in water. most house plants do not require much of watering, let alone soaked in water, even if it's moving water. do you have a list of plants that could thrive in this condition? or plants that should be avoided? The only plants that i know could live in this condition as i currently have them growing on top of my tanks are Spurflower and pothos. thanks in advance

Actually, I do use a submersible pump to help with water movement, which aids in keeping the water clear by promoting better circulation and oxygenation. It’s a great way to maintain water quality even without a traditional filter!

She wasn't caged and lived to 7 years old before tumors took her quality of life and left her in pain. She made us laugh everyday and showered us with love. I miss her little war dances oh so much & it was a delight watching your fur babies dance around! 💕💕

Es agradable que Nene tuvo la suerte que había cerca de ella un profesional veterinario que entiende sobre mascotas especiales ya que la mayoría de veterinario solo atienden a perros y gatos y cuando se les lleva otro tipo dicen que no conocen y no saben que tratamientos seguir, así me paso con un periquito australiano y con una hembra de Cuyo, los cuales al final los perdí porque no recibieron atención profesional.

Lamentablemente, como mencionas, muchos veterinarios no están capacitados para tratar a otros animales, lo que puede ser muy difícil. Siento mucho lo de tu periquito y Cuyo, es una pérdida dolorosa.
