My vampire crab lost a leg for some reason. 🤕Will it grow back? Great video, my favorite is the vampire crab series.

it will in a couple molts, make sure he has a body of water available to him

It will come back with one of next molts. My crabs sometimes lose legs and claws in fights with other male crabs. Vampire crabs also lose legs if they suffered from hypothermia. If this is the case they will die in most cases.

I'm sorry to hear that your vampire crab lost a leg! Crab limbs can regenerate over several molts, so there's a good chance that it will grow back its lost leg eventually. Just make sure to provide a suitable environment with clean water and proper nutrition to support its recovery.
