Just put one side on so air is scooped in and out the other side keeping your engine cooler. If you install both, the air gets trapped and creates more heat.

I rather have hot legs opposed to trapping heat on my engine on a hot day and risking an overheated motor. I took my defectors off for that reason.

I just purchased one.. radio works fine, also purchased an adapter so I can use Apple Car Play. Just need to buy louder speakers (like always) if you want to hear the music when you get over 60 mph on the road

Some good tips! Yeah there is a lot of those coming outta nowhere drivers. Also, if you can it's better to pass an 18 wheeler on the left side (passing side) instead of their right side (suicide) I saw that written on the back an 18 wheeler's trailer once.

Good luck with the Purple Panda. I have the GP 9 with the media mod, bought the purple panda and received no audio. Had to purchase the Smays 3.5mm microphone placement (Amazon). Now I have audio.

I think you should by a shop manual. That is specifically for your bike. Then a good set of tools. Sit down and read the shop manual. Get very familiar with the workings of your bike. If you have the garage space. Get a full lift.

I thought rout 66 was bad i seen fort thunder on the news while back in the end come get your bike it was frame and wheels but wat i under stand one tek gets your bike every time you go in 66 thay dented my air breather scratch tank air breather then scrached it again so i started taking it to forman stillwater worth it nice people and thay new bike don't charge for set up fee thay took me right in i just wish i bought my bike there

Mine is 3 weeks old..rode to Daytona and on the way there the speakers quit..I tried the factory reset,speaker configuration, Blue tooth, and nothing...going back to dealership this week

@@MosleyMotoVlog yes. Going through the speaker settings it showed no power to the speakers. Pulled the main fuse and cut all power to the bike then put it back in and it worked just fine. I believe these 24s are going to have some bugs to work out unfortunately.

I took mine to Harley and apparently there’s an update and that ended up fixing my issue Took about 30 min
